Data & Reporting Assistant

Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who enjoys working with data and transforming numbers into clear insights. You’ll support management by preparing, cleaning, and structuring financial and operational data for regular reporting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update Excel or Power Query dashboards with data from multiple systems

  • Support the preparation of weekly and monthly financial and performance reports

  • Identify patterns, trends, and variances in cost and sales data

  • Prepare concise visuals and summaries for management meetings

Key Skills
  • Strong command of Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts); Power Query is a plus

  • Analytical mindset with high attention to detail

  • Good English skills are essential; Czech and additional languages are welcome

  • Ability to structure and interpret complex datasets clearly

  • Basic understanding of financial or operational KPIs
