Business Process Intern (Part-Time)

Summary

This role focuses on understanding and improving how our group operates. You’ll help document internal workflows, identify bottlenecks, and support projects aimed at simplifying and standardizing business processes across entities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Map and document workflows in finance, purchasing, and operations

  • Identify areas for process improvement or digitalization

  • Assist in implementing shared templates and process documentation

  • Support small internal improvement projects and cross-team coordination

Key Skills
  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Logical and structured approach to problem-solving

  • Good English skills are essential; Czech and additional languages are welcome

  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and general digital tools

  • Interest in business operations, structure, and efficiency
